The project

Via della Frezza is located in the heart of the Tridente (the three roads that depart from Piazza del Popolo), a short walk from some the most beautiful spots in the city: the Ara Pacis, the Mausoleum of Augustus, Villa Borghese and the Spanish Steps.

Frezza originally meant ‘fretta’: ‘haste’ in Italian. It was an allusion to speed.

Fóndaco, on the contrary, aims to restore the right rhythm to everyday life, giving the visitor the chance to browse the many things on offer, or get lost among the many shops and spaces, all of which are united by a common style and ethical approach.
